Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, PayPal (fee applicable).

Q. Do your chair covers come in different colours?
A. Yes they do, we stock as standard ivory, black, white, swirl and damask. Coloured chair covers on request.

Q. Do you stock linen chair covers and stretchy chair covers?
A. Yes, we stock black, white and ivory stretch chair covers, ivory swirl linen, ivory swirl white, plain black, white and ivory. We can also supply chair covers in many colours on request.

Q. What chairs do your chair covers fit?
A. Our chair covers fit a large range of chairs. Our stretch chair covers fit 90% of chairs. Our entire range of linen chair covers are tailor made to fit the most popular chair sizes.

Q. What colour chair sashes can we have?
A. We stock over 120 different colours in Taffeta, Satin, Snow Organza, Organza and lace.

Q. What information to you need to know for wall draping?
A. We will need to know the measurements of the room that you would like to have draped and the height of the ceiling.

Q. Are you wall and ceiling drapes fire retardant?
A. Yes.

Q. What height can the wall draping adjust to?
A. Our wall draping can adjust up to 17ft high, ensuring that any venues with very high ceilings are covered.

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit when I book?
A. We ask for a non refundable deposit of £50.00 to secure the booking.

Q. When do I need to pay my balance in full?
A. Full payment is to be paid in full 5 weeks prior to the event taking place.

Q. Can the up lighters change colour?
A. Yes, we can coordinate our up-lighters to your colour scheme.

Q. Do we get to choose our own sweets for the sweet bar?
A. Yes, we will provide you with an extensive range of sweets, but we can choose them for you if needed.

Q. What colour can we have our chocolate fountain?
A. Our chocolate fountains can be colour coordinated to any colour, or a standard milk, white or dark chocolate.
